1. Acceptance of terms
By booking a room, creating an account, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Bookings
A booking is a request to reserve a room for the dates you select. Bookings made with "Pay at Hotel" or MoMo-direct are held for a limited time pending payment or confirmation; unpaid or unconfirmed holds may be released. Bookings paid online are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
3. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. A valid Ghana Card, passport, or driver's license is required at check-in for every registered guest. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Paystack; we do not store your full card details. MoMo-direct payments are confirmed manually by our reception team once the transfer is received — your reservation remains on hold until confirmed. Rates are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a reservation from My bookings in your account. Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the cancellation policy applicable to your rate at the time of booking. Contact reception directly to modify dates or extend a stay.
6. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to treat staff, other guests, and hotel property with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay without refund in cases of damage, illegal activity, or serious misconduct.
7. Liability
Mount Patrick Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
